In 2025, the theme is “Safe care for every newborn and every child”, with the slogan “Patient safety from the start!” This year emphasizes protecting the most vulnerable — newborns and children — by improving maternal and child healthcare, reducing risks during childbirth, and ensuring every child has access to safe medical care.
